Deep in the autumn forest, a fox pauses beneath an oak heavy with acorns. An owl

watches from the branch above. Somewhere nearby, mushrooms push up through the leaf

litter — fly agaric, chanterelle, puffball — the same varieties a Victorian naturalist

would have painted into his field journal on a cold October afternoon.

That's the world this collection was built to capture.

Twelve printable sheets of woodland ephemera, designed in the style of hand-tinted

Victorian naturalist illustration — genuine natural color washed over fine engraving

linework, aged and faded like a beautiful old nature book that has been loved for

generations. The parchment is warm antique linen and cream, lighter and airier than

the heavy tobacco tones of our frontier collections. The colors are real but never

bright: russet fox fur, brick red mushroom caps, soft tawny owl feathers, amber and

burnt orange autumn leaves, muted moss greens. Rich, warm, and unmistakably vintage.

Hero backgrounds with atmospheric forest scenes — a twilight fox-and-owl illustration,

a mycologist's hand-tinted specimen plate, a watercolor-washed forest survey map, and

an autumn floor study glowing with russet and amber. Fussy-cut sheets loaded with

individual elements: 12 hand-tinted forest animal portraits, 12 mushroom specimens

with Latin names, 18 woodland botanicals, hand-tinted postage stamps and wax seals,

naturalist field tags and labels, and 14 individual autumn leaves, berries, owl, and

textures — all on clean white backgrounds for easy cutting.

Rounding out the kit: an aged naturalist journal page for layering and a richly

layered woodland collage sheet pulling elements from across the full collection into

one atmospheric flat lay scene.

Every file is 300 DPI, sized at 8.5x11 inches, ready to print at home or at a copy
