Our Policy

All sales at Weathered Canvas Studio are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage you to review all product images, descriptions, and previews carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Defective or Corrupted Files

We stand behind the quality of our files. If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable due to an error on our end, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will promptly send you a replacement file at no charge.

To report a file issue, please contact us through weatheredcanvasstudio.com or via Etsy messaging and include your order number and a description of the problem.

What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Compatibility issues with your software or device (please ensure you can open PDF files before purchasing)

• Color variations between your screen and your printer output

• Files that have already been downloaded or accessed

• Accidental purchases (please double-check your cart before completing checkout)

Etsy Purchases

Purchases made through our Etsy shop are subject to both this Refund Policy and Etsy's own policies. In the event of a dispute on the Etsy platform, Etsy's resolution process will apply.
