ORDERS & DOWNLOADS

How do I receive my files after purchase? All products are digital downloads — nothing is shipped. After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. If you purchased through Etsy, your files will also be available in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Downloads are available immediately after payment clears.

I didn't receive my download link. What do I do? First, check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you purchased through Etsy, log into your Etsy account and go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews to access your files directly. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll get it sorted quickly.

How many times can I download my files? You can download your files multiple times. We recommend saving them to your computer or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) as soon as you download so you always have a backup copy.

PRINTING

What file format will I receive? All files are delivered as high-resolution PDFs, ready to print at home or at a print shop.

What size are the files? Most files are formatted to A4 size. They can be printed as-is or scaled up or down in your print settings to suit your project.

Can I print these at home? Yes. A standard home inkjet or laser printer works well. For best results, use a heavier paper stock (cardstock or matte photo paper) and set your printer to the highest quality setting available.

Can I take the files to a print shop? Absolutely. The files are high-resolution and print-shop ready. FedEx Office, Staples, and local print shops can all handle PDF files. Just let them know you'd like full-page printing with no scaling.

Why do the colors look different when I print? Screen colors (RGB) and printed colors (CMYK) are different color systems, so some variation is normal. Printing on a warm-toned or aged paper stock will also naturally shift colors slightly — which often adds to the vintage look. We design our files with this in mind.

USAGE & LICENSING

Can I use these for my Etsy shop or craft fair booth? Yes. Our files are licensed for small commercial use, which includes selling handcrafted finished goods — junk journals, scrapbooks, mixed media pieces, and similar items — on platforms like Etsy or at craft fairs.

Can I resell or share the digital files themselves? No. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the digital files in any form. The license covers finished handmade goods only — not the source files.

Can I use these in mass-produced or manufactured products? No. Our license covers small-batch handcrafted goods only. Mass production or manufacture is not permitted under our standard license. Contact us if you have a specific use case to discuss.

Can I alter or crop the designs? Yes. You're welcome to resize, crop, or incorporate the designs into your own layouts for personal use or permitted commercial finished goods.

REFUNDS & ISSUES

Do you offer refunds? All sales are final due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads. Please review all product previews carefully before purchasing. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My file is corrupted or won't open. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll send you a replacement file right away.

I accidentally purchased the wrong item. Can I exchange it? We're unable to process exchanges on digital downloads, but contact us and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you take custom design requests? We don't currently offer custom work. All available designs are listed in the shop. New collections are added regularly, so check back often or join our email list to be notified of new releases.

Where else can I find your products? Our full shop is at weatheredcanvasstudio.com. Many of our products are also available through our Etsy shop.

How do I stay updated on new collections? The best way is to join our email list — new subscribers receive a free printable sampler and get first notice of new releases. You can also follow us on Pinterest.
